Our services are digital consulting and marketing services. No physical products are shipped.

Each service is provided under a specific proposal, quote, or agreement.

Setup fees, consulting fees, delivered work, strategy sessions, digital materials, and already scheduled or performed activities may be non-refundable.

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
